WHAT HAIR DO YOU USE?
I use only the highest grade unbleached Mongolian Stallion hair. Black Hair and Salt and Pepper are available for Bass Bows.

It is always a good idea to include your name, phone number, and return address in the tube with your bow.
HOW DO YOU SAFELY SHIP A BOW?
The time tested method for bow shipment is a capped PVC tube. PVC is virtually indestructible and I have shipped and received hundreds of bows without incident. Cardboard tubes will crush and are not recommended!Â

CAN I DROP MY BOW OFF IN PERSON?
If you are in the vicinity of Chattanooga, Tennessee, please send an email to info@bow-rehair.com to schedule an in-person drop off.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we only ship and receive bows in the United States.
HOW LONG WILL MY REHAIR TAKE?
Bow Rehairs are typically performed on the day they are received or the next day and the hair is allowed to stretch overnight. Your bow will ship out the following business day and will take from 5-7 days to arrive to your door.
WHO DO YOU USE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
I typically ship with UPS or USPS. You will receive an email with the tracking information upon shipment. Signature required for delivery is available for $3.00 at checkout and is recommended for valuable bows. My business insurance covers your bow in transit, but I cannot be responsible if the mail is delayed or if your package is stolen after delivery.
